Ayaba Worjoloh-Clemens, MD

Dr. Clemens is dedicated to improving your quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based, and collaborative care. She takes the time to listen to each patient’s unique story and partner with her throughout her wellness journey. With decades of experience across diverse healthcare settings, Dr. Clemens brings knowledge, genuine concern, and a personalized approach to every patient. She recognizes that every woman’s wellness journey is unique and aims to incorporate nutrition, movement, spirituality, breath, community, and complementary medicine.

Dr. Clemens is a board-certified obstetrician gynecologist.  She trained at Stanford University, Duke University School of Medicine, UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, University of California San Francisco Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Duke Global health Institute.  Throughout her training she also practiced medicine internationally,

Her expertise includes menopause and its transitions, polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (updated medical name for PCOS), fibroids, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, contraception, and comprehensive well-woman care. 

Dr. Clemens loves spending time with her two daughters, extended family and friends.  She also enjoys reading, dancing, laughter, yoga, gardening, hiking, beaches, travel, learning, and baking.
